If you are not buying Bacon that is 100% Australian Pork and 100% made in Australia. Made locally from local butcher’s made with local pork farmers. Why Not?? And our bacon has also won 3 awards in the last 3 years.

Our pork sausages we have been working on this recipe for over 3 years and think we have got it right now. Made from Breakout River Meats chiverton pork. A mixture of herbs and spice not made from a packet sausage meal. Made we trial and error testing. We don’t come from a long line of family butchers but what we have created with this sausage is something for the ages we think.

We will be closed this coming Monday 10th August. We have a few things to get done over the weekend. So come see us on Friday and Saturday before we shut for just one day. Back to normal schedule on Tuesday 11th.
