🖤 NOW IN STORE | NOOSA BLACK GARLIC

A little something special has landed on our shelves — Noosa Black Garlic 🧄

Made in small batches using organically grown Australian Elephant Garlic, black garlic is created through a slow, carefully controlled ageing process. The result is beautifully soft, naturally sweet and savoury garlic with a rich umami flavour and notes of balsamic and molasses.

Wondering how to use it? Add it to pasta, risotto, sauces, dressings and marinades, pair it with roasted vegetables, meat or seafood, or add it to your next cheese or charcuterie board.

We’re very happy to welcome BAKED IN to Flinders General Store.

Made just down the road in Portsea, you’ll now find their beautiful pies, pasties, sausage rolls and spanakopita in store — and that golden, flaky spanakopita deserves a little moment of its own. 🤤🥬🤎

You’ll also find a selection of Baked in Portsea sweet pastries in our coffee bar. We had planned to photograph those too, but they sold out before we had the chance — which probably says enough.
