Will is the Butchery Manager and a much-loved part of the Springhill team. Almost one year ago, this tragedy had a profound impact on him, his family and so many others in the community

Clancy getting some eye fillet off a body of beef in the coolroom today

The beef has been selling quicker than the team can break the beef so when a customer wanted eye fillet and we had none left, Clancy headed to the coolroom to ensure the customer left with exactly what they came for
