BACK OPEN JULY 31st 🥳

We have decided to reopen for business after a difficult run at it throughout covid times and thought the best time would be to start again during the cost of living crisis 😅

We aim to be entirely different from last time round with new additions like our breakfast choices and macro friendly snacks to add to your plan.

We will also be working alongside some of the Angus gyms and PT’s so we can provide the nutritional meals according to their/your plans ✅

Please share as we will be posting weekly with new updates on meals, snacks, delivery information and order/payment 👌

Everything is coming together nicely here at energyprepped and there’s so much more to follow 😀

As you can see below these will be the order sheets that can be found in your local gyms, shops, hairdressers etc. You can still order through our page if you have any queries or don’t have access to the order sheets 🙏

Let us start by saying thank you to everyone who has supported us since day one 💪 without this support we couldn’t have grew has much as we have 😍

With that being said we will be taking orders for our next available delivery day (June 6th) Prices and menu will be posted tomorrow 🙏

We will be looking to bring something new to the table every week from new plans and meals etc👍

The team have been working hard to come up with unique ideas that will make every week different and exciting 😮

There will also be a competition running this week so keep a look out on the page 🤩

This was our biggest cook to date 😬

Just for everyone’s information we will be shutting shop next week (week commencing 17th) to get everything in place for our official opening 💪

This will be including meal plans with counted calories and nutrients, tailored meal plans for everyone’s needs, personal training plans with meals included and more 😉

There will be slight change in prices but will all be stated on the website and the page 👌
