A family business that has been trading for 60 years, we stock about 150 different cheeses from around the world in our town centre shop. It's a rainy day today, perfect for coming to see us if you feel a bit blue. We wondered which cheese in the store was perfect for a rainy day. Sticky toffee was the conclusion! This delicious cheese is sweet and full of flavour, and really does remind us sticky toffee pudding. Layer this cheese onto a board with some biscuits, fruit like raspberries, strawberries and grapes, nuts, salted pretzels or popcorn, and some other cheddars from our store such as the Wookey Hole cheddar and you have a light and sweet treat on a rainy day☔
