My favourite place so far in San Sebastián. restaurant called 1813. I don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned on all the influencers reels. ( maybe that’s why we chose it!) perfectly cooked caribeneros with amazing buttery head juices. Beautiful briny goose necks. Very tender octopus. Sensational jamon.
Wonderful chips and a smooth, creamy white Rioja for about €3 a glass.
