"Hi, I am Chandra, I have been working in Safe Bee since their first day of production. And this is what I was taught to do before anything else - screen ingredients. 🌾

Every single nut, seed, date — screened by hand. One by one.
If there's even the tiniest imperfection — it's out. No 'it's probably fine'. They just go out. 8 of us stand for 3 hours everyday and just screen ingredients before we start making products"

Hilly regions of Kerala. Cacao grown by farmers in the cleanest air — some of it in the backyards of people's homes.
Fermented for days. Sun dried slowly.
We visit. We check. We vouch for every batch.

Hazelnuts. Almonds. Clean dark chocolate. Whole dates. Crunchy. Stone ground. Still the most loved thing we make.

It disappeared for a while — rising hazelnut prices and supply issues made it genuinely hard to bring back the right way. We weren't willing to cut corners on it.

So we held off until we could do it properly. Do it our way. And now it's here!
