Marble cake, but the swirl is ora pro nobis instead of cocoa.
This one is buttery and pillowy soft, and the green swirl makes every slice look almost too pretty to eat. I set aside a third of the batter, stirred in a spoonful of the powder, and layered it back in.

It freezes well too, so I keep slices ready for the week. My favorite way to have it: lightly toasted, with a cup of coffee.

Not every sweet potato makes good flour. This one does.

Rubissol is a Brazilian variety with red skin and cream flesh that is naturally sweet, dry, floury. Farmers in Parana grow it, then it is sliced, dried and milled. Nothing else goes in.

Because the flesh is already sweet and low in moisture, the flour works well in everyday baking: pancakes, muffins, rolls, cookies and breads.

Ora Pro Nobis Blueberry Smoothie 🫐🌿

Ok this one is so good and takes literally 5 minutes. Add ora pro nobis powder to your smoothies for a nutrition boost. And this combo, it just works.

What you need (2 servings):
1 banana
½ cup yogurt
½ cup frozen blueberries
2 tsp Ora Pro Nobis powder
½ cup iced water
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Throw everything in a blender, blend until smooth, done. Makes about 16 oz total so roughly 8 oz per glass.
