A long, loud note of appreciation 🎤🎵for all who found our farm and came out Saturday to see us at the 2026 Shaky K Farm Plant Sale. It was a great day. Lots of plants went home with optimistic gardeners, lots of lemonade, cookies and fried pies did too, and pork flew out of the freezer after folks got the chance to try it hot off the griddle.
Thank you for coming! We are humbled, and grateful for the opportunity.

It’s almost time! We have SO MANY PLANTS! Come enjoy standing in the midst of them tomorrow morning, while drinking coffee and sampling sausage, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll leave with a dozen eggs, some pork chops, bacon, lettuce and 3 tomato plants, 4 kinds of cookies, 8 zinnias and a fried pie. Maybe.
We’d love to welcome you here and share the extended farm family experience. Tomorrow morning marks 33 years since we crossed the Arkansas border, and started a new life here on Pine Mountain within a few months. Thankful for it.

Back for an encore performance this year at the 2026 Shaky K Farm Plant Sale are the dynamic pie-frying duo of A&J’s Fried Pies!
You can expect both delicious options again this year: (my favorite) pecan pie and the much-requested old-fashioned chocolate. They nearly sold out last year so we suggest you or so you’ll get what you want. Because we all want fried pies!
