Bottling late summer honey 🍯. Bakers prefer this honey as it holds together better and is thicker when cooking. Others just like the deep fuller flavor 😋. Anyway you like it there’s only so much and we will likely sell out by the end of our market schedule this year

Deep into the grind of extraction and the honey is a pretty darkish color and delicious. Late summer looks good and we beat the goldenrod 🙌🏻
