We mill soft red wheat, that we grow here in Bleckley County, into flour. The ingredients are items you can pronounce and are familiar with.

We produce Nutrition from the Source with Homemade Baking Mixes from the wheat we grow, plant-based protein blend, immune-boosting Elderberry Syrup kits, and seasonings that explode with fresh flavor! We use our fresh milled flour to create Homemade Baking Mixes sold at retailers across Georgia. We truly make homemade easy for you! We produce cleanest plant protein made of 5 organic seeds called Nourished in 5. We make an elderberry syrup mix that gets you as close to the point of potency by sourcing the organic herbs and providing directions. When you add honey to the elderberry syrup, you will have about a quart of liquid immune boosting elixir that’s effective. We produce 3 organic seasonings, Ranch, Taco, Italian, only using dried herbs. Fresh flavor that’s a party in your mouth!

My food.

Convenient? No

Delicious? Yes

Nourishing? Yes

As a society, we have outsourced our health by consuming quick and easy food.

Buying local proteins at different farms is not a one stop shop.

Cooking vegetables takes a minute.

Making wraps, bagels, pizza, crust, and bread from fresh milled flour seems daunting.

But we can help make this doable for you!!

You may not realize, but on our website for our local people, we have four different farms that we sell their protein. We have water buffalo, tilapia, chicken, and lamb for local pick up.

Classes will soon be offered to teach you how you can make your own whole-grain products.

Call to action:
1-sign up to be notified when we begin classes (it’s at the bottom of the website)

2-if you’re able to pick up and are interested in local animal protein, go to our website under “other products we love” and see what we offer from four different Georgia farms who have regenerative practices

3-go to your local farmers market and get some veggies!

It’s fall y’all! 🍁 We may not be seeing the changing colors of leaves quite yet, but, with the change of daylight hours, that change is coming!

As are the changes the autumn equinox has on our bodies and immune system. With a decrease of sunlight, comes the decrease of how much vitamin D we get from the sun. That change, of course, has significant effects on your immune system.

Give your body extra support today- start with our Elderberries & More Ultimate Syrup DIY Kit.
