🧀YARG🧀 is a bright and sweet semi-firm cheese from Cornwall in the UK (where I grew up), traditionally wrapped in nettles. This variation is wrapped in wild garlic, giving it a subtle garlic and meadow character. This cheese will be available at the counter at 31 Jersey Ave this weekend – stop by and try some!

My washed rind beauties have arrived!

Both ELIGO and BAMBOOZLE are washed-rind mixed-milk cheeses with a smooth texture and delicate funkiness. Mild yet interesting, these creamy varieties hail from PA and VT

Both of these will be in my fridge (both the cheese counter and my kitchen fridge!) this weekend. Stop by and try them both!

Calkin’s Creamery is under an hour away in Honesdale, PA where the team there care for their herd of Holstein cows and use their milk to craft a wide range of cheese styles. You may have seen some of their cheese at BetterWorld

My favorite cheeses among their offerings are the three pictured here (& currently at the Cheese Counter at UpFront):

🧀 NOBLE ROAD. Their multi-award-winning Bloomy Rind (think Brie) with notes of butter and mushrooms
