🍗❤️ LOVE FRIED CHICKEN… BUT HATE THAT BLOATED, MISERABLE FEELING AFTERWARD?

Y’all, let’s talk fried chicken! 😋

Sometimes it’s not the chicken you’re craving that leaves you feeling uncomfortable — it may be how it’s cooked and what it’s coated in. Many fried foods are cooked in highly refined vegetable oils, and some folks find those foods just don’t agree with them!

That’s why I love making my Carnivore Fried Chicken with two simple swaps! 🙌🏻

🐄 Beef tallow for frying
🍗 Pork rind crumbs for that crispy, golden breading
💜 2lbs Begley's Butcher Block Chicken

No traditional flour breading here, friends! Just crispy, finger-licking-good chicken that’ll have you coming back for seconds! 😍

🐓🍗MEAT TIP!

Want the juiciest fried chicken? Reach for chicken thighs or leg quarters instead of chicken breast! Dark meat has a little more fat to help keep your chicken juicy and flavorful.

And don’t forget to check those pork rind crumbs! Look for a brand that isn’t fried in seed oils. One of my favorites is Pork King Good pork rind crumbs! 🐷
