We wanted to let our valued customers know that the beef, pork, and chicken we sell in our retail cuts, is all US raised and USDA inspected products. We process a lot of custom beef from farmers all around, but that is not what we can sell to the public. The products sold to our retail customers must be USDA inspected. We will be taking deer this deer season. NOTE - We will be doing things a little different. Please call the phone number listed that is uncovered. We ask that the deer be field dressed, otherwise there will be a $50.00 fee for gutting. Here are the after hours/Saturday phone numbers to call (please call the one uncovered). We are NOT taking deer on Sundays. The cost is $125.00, with cash or check, or $128.75 with a card. There is a $50.00 additional fee for deer that need to be caped out for shoulder mounts. We look forward to seeing our hunters this year!

You have asked, so we brought in Choice New York Strip steaks! This is going to be a trial run to see how they move. So come on out and get some while we have them! They will be $16.00 per pound. We will have them cut 3/4” and 1” thick.
