And it’s a pretty fitting name for what Glenn and Nicole Osterberg have created.

Glenn brings nearly two decades of experience as a chef—from Michelin-starred kitchens in New York to Asheville’s food scene—while Nicole brings the creative vision and business know-how behind Abbiocco.

Together, they’ve turned their love of really good Italian food into something distinctly local: craft wood-fired pizza made right here in Western North Carolina.

After Hurricane Helene unexpectedly shifted their plans, Abbiocco At Home was born—and their frozen pizzas can now be found in markets throughout WNC.

We’re feeling a little extra tender today at Terramonga. 💔

Thinking about Dolly 💖 a true original who somehow made the whole world feel like a kinder, happier, more sparkly place.

She gave us music, laughter, big hair, big dreams, and an even bigger heart. 🌸

So today we’re lighting a candle, playing a little Dolly, and sending some love into the universe for a woman who gave so much of herself to all of us.

Pour the coffee. Grab the sandwich. Play the Dolly. 💕🎶

We’ll be thinking of her today. And probably singing a little louder than usual. 🥹

Today we had our FIRST customer turn in their loyalty card for a FREE sandwich! 🙌

And honestly, we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving than Frank. ❤️

Frank is one of our dear regulars, and we absolutely love seeing him every week. He’s also a HUGE Terramonga ambassador! He owns several vacation rentals and regularly recommends our little store to his guests. 🥹❤️

Small businesses like ours survive because of people like Frank. The folks who keep coming back, tell their friends, bring their guests, and genuinely root for us. We are SO grateful.
