Cooking Classes are starting back up in just about a month! The first couple of weeks we’ve got:

Farmer’s Market Bounty
Dishes made from fresh and local products are the most delicious and nutritious.  In this class we’ll craft a wonderful dinner from that day’s Farmers Market haul.  Food creativity at its most fun!

Farmer’s Market Paella
 In Spain, the cuisine is effortlessly local and seasonal.  Let’s craft an authentic paella based on that day’s farmers market haul.

Black Sea Dinner🌽
The Black Sea region is known for its lush landscape and simple, comforting cuisine. In this class, we'll prepare a seasonal menu inspired by the region's fresh herbs, vegetables, seafood, and rustic home cooking.

Wednesday is always *the* day for catering for some reason. We get here early and usually make 300 sandwiches before the door opens at 11😅

The Bagel platter is our newest addition to the catering menu! Sliced up, served with house whipped scallion cream cheese, or plain and a beautiful platter of sliced tomato, red onion, cucumber and capers. It's soooo pretty.

Also a personal fave is the fresh linguine with broccoli rabe, roasted garlic cloves, mushrooms and lots of cheeeese.

TWO ok maybe THREE things we are jazzed about this week! These SHARE CRACKERS sourdough zaatar with our hummus. Ideal beach snack. 👏 Perfect crunch and tang. Love love love.

Next- the l Algae Cooking Club SMOKED Tomato Oil annnnnd the Roasted Garlic Oil!!!!!! It's basically peak tomato season rn so let's make a some pan con tomate with these as bad boys. Or some whipped ricotta with the tomato oil on top. Grilled chicken and veggies with the garlic oil. Can you tell I am excited about these!?!!!???

Beautiful new cheese in the case this week- Tomme de Fontenay! A semi-firm French goat’s milk encrusted in herbes de Provence, white peppercorns, juniper berries, and little red chiles. It’s herbaceous, buttery, and earthy. Perfect summer snacking cheese :)
